Prices could change at any time without prior notice.

Depending on the order, quantity, and destination, a delivery fee may be apply.

Lead times of up to 72 hours apply for delivery outside of Gauteng.

Outsourced goods cannot be returned for credit.

Products that were correctly supplied but are returned will incur a 20% handling fee in addition to the cost of returning the goods to FenX.

Products returned must be complete and not altered otherwise it will be send back to buyer at the buyers’ expense.

If a claim is not made in writing to the seller within 7 days after receiving the products, the buyer will have no claim of any kind regarding defective goods.

Any claim for faulty goods must be submitted in writing to the seller within 7 days of the date of receipt of the goods in order for the seller to be held liable.

The seller’s liability for any claims of defective goods is strictly restricted to the replacement of the products in question items.
Cut profiles cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

Until full payment, all products remain FenX’s sole property.
